Because we need to protect the property owner’s investment, we do inspections at least once per year.  During those inspections we will perform the following:

• Post notice to give our tenant at least 24 hours’ notice prior to entry.
• Check the filter and change if necessary.
• Test smoke alarm battery and change if necessary.
• Inspect property to determine if any maintenance needs to be completed by other professionals.
• Inspect property for any moisture issues which includes all areas including closets to ensure there are no roof or plumbing leaks.
• Complete small maintenance items that can be completed during the inspection.
• Report to the office any lease violations and cleanliness issues inside or outside of the home/apartment.
• Report to the office on any pest control issues.

Please prepare your unit for inspections, make all areas accessible, and ensure that you maintain the cleanliness of your home.  Please report any maintenance items to the office as they happen during business hours.
