If your air conditioning or furnace goes out, please check thermostat batteries and the breaker first. Switch the breaker off firmly, then back to the on position.
Extreme temp. heat/cool calls should be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Change your furnace filter regularly. It will improve the energy efficiency of your unit and prevent breakdowns. Ensure you have changed your filter before calling maintenance for service on your unit.
For single-family homes and duplexes with gutters, please clean out your gutters and downspouts. Clean gutters will prevent water from backing up into the house. It is also your responsibility to regularly maintain the yard and landscaping by mowing and raking leaves.
Please keep your home more attractive by pulling in the trash toter promptly after it is emptied. Trash pickup will only pick up items/boxes that are inside the trash toter.
Save your family’s life! Put in a fresh battery at least yearly in your smoke alarms and test them monthly. If there is a problem with the alarm or you need assistance, please call the office!
If you lose power in part of the home make sure you check your breaker before calling the office. If all power is lost, call the utility company to check for an outage first.
To reset a refrigerator unplug it for 10 minutes and then plug it back in. Appliance failure is not an emergency. Call during business hours.
